Well, it's official - I'm a certified Life Coach!

Persuing this designation while operating a full time business and heading a family was a challenge but one that brought great rewards.  The coach training itself was beneficial in all aspects of my business and personal life, but the live training (coaching others while 20 of your closest coaching trainees and teacher listened and critiqued) was the most beneficial. 

Being listened to at that level, hearing concrete feedback about your style and decision-making process as well as positive suggestions to make my work easier - well, those are all attributes of coaching.  In building a foundation for a skill I've already been using, I also experienced the benefits of coaching and will never go back. 

Now I am working with a Mentor Coach to build my business and reach my goals more easily and effectively.  I feel more focus when I sit in front of my computer, my efforts are less and my results are greater.  I highly recommend this type of service for anyone who has goals to achieve and would like to do so more quickly and efficiently.

Now that its finally summer, I am turning more of my attention to my son.  With a more focussed effort on business, I have more free time to enjoy the only summer he'll be 7.
