Terri Bruce is the founder of Terri Bruce Learning & Development Services and is a highly skilled and dynamic facilitator, with over 19 years experience in facilitation and training.  Terri is also co-founder of Clear Vision Development Incorporated, and Clear Vision Participation - a not-for-profit organization to increase training opportunities for the staff of service organizations.

A known leader, Terri's inspirational and motivating style has led others to meet and exceed personal and professional targets, while meeting and exceeding organizational goals.  Recently persuing her Life Coach designation through the Coach Training Alliance in Boulder, CO (CTACC), she has realized an important personal goal and augmented her business with life coaching services.

The passion that Terri has for her work is evident in the training room or upon initial consultation.  She possesses highly developed competencies in the areas of teambuilding, creative problem solving, relationship management, and developing staff capacity.  She has the unique ability to resonate with anyone from a high level executive to a student in the elementary grades. 

Her work experience covers the not-for-profit, private, and public sectors of business, as well as working very successfully with students, teachers, guidance and administration staff within local school boards.  Having received her designation as a Career Development Facilitator (CDF) through Oakland University, she is also well equipped to assist with career decision-making.

She also volunteers on some local boards, enjoys theatre and music, is part of the "Paperback Princesses" book club and has a young son whom she adores.
